home sweet home

That's how we spent the last weeks - eating breakfast in ikea, measuring everything everywhere and planning! And we finaly did it! We moved in! The appartment is far from finishing, we're still looking for chairs (we have some temporary ones), lights for the bedroom, etc. But I wanted to share with your some sneaky pics of how it looks like now. What do you think?

Ecco come abbiamo trascorso le ultime settimane - facendo colazione da ikea, misurando tutto e dappertutto e progettando! E finalmente ce l'abbiamo fatta! Viviamo nel nostro appartamento! Ovviamente non è ancora tutto finito, ci mancano le luci per la camera da letto, stiamo ancora cercando le sedie giuste (abbiamo sedie provvisorie), etc. Però volevo farvi vedere alcuni scatti di com'è adesso. Che ne dite?

I realy hope this photos are the last that I show you before showing you my own appartment. We're still waiting to move in. It's longer than a neverending story, but we hope we're realy close to the end. We actually live with all our staff in cartons and ikea blue bags - we're ready in any minute to move in :D

But before this happens, here is another portion of the photos that are inspiring me in decorating our new home ...

Spero davvero che queste siano le ultime foto che vi mostro prima di farvi vedere il mio appartamento. Siamo ancora in attesa di trasferirci. E 'più lungo di una storia infinita, ma speriamo che sia davvero vicino la fine. Stiamo vivendo negli ultimi giorni con tutte le nostre cose in scatole e borse blu di ikea - siamo pronti in ogni minuto di trasferirci  :D

New bar stool, cushions, lamps or a frame....I'm getting a bit dizzy, these are the final moments before our transfer to the new appartment. There's so much to think about, so many details, so many things to buy.
Hmm....I realy think it's the best moment for my first give away. What do you say? And since my mind is all about moving into my new appartment and I'm becoming realy monothematic I would love to give you 35$ gift card for the csn stores. What you have to do?

Nuovo sgabello da bar, cuscini, lampade o una cornice .... Sto diventando un po ' pazza, sono ultimi momenti prima del nostro trasferimento nel nuovo appartamento. C'è così tanto a cui pensare, così molti dettagli da ricordare, così tante cose ancora da comprare.

Hmm .... Penso proprio che sia il miglior momento per il mio primo give-away. Che ne dite? E poiché in questo periodo sono proprio fissata sulla nostra casa e sto diventando davvero monotematica - mi piacerebbe darvi carta regalo di 35$ per i negozi csn stores. Quello che devi fare?

I do NOT want to hear once again that black and white appartment would be sad, boring or cold. The only boring think is seeing every time that suprised face when I say that  I dont want to have a blue bathroom, yellow kitchen or green bedroom. :D

 Look at this photos! Isn't those appartments the ultimate of glamour yet very cosy?!?!

Oh! Some news from the front line: we finaly have the sink and the bathtube in the bathroom! The resin floor is finished and looks just perfect!

NON voglio sentire ancora una volta che appartamento in bianco e nero sarebbe triste, noioso e freddo.L'unica cosa noiosa qui è vedere quella faccia sorpresa ogni volta quando dico che non voglio avere un bagno blu, una cucina gialla o una camera verde. : D

Guardate queste foto! Non è il massimo del glamour che comunque resta molto accogliente?!?!
Oh! Alcune notizie dal fronte: finalmente abbiamo il lavello e la vasca in bagno! Il pavimento in resina è finito e sembra proprio perfetto!

grey and yellow?

 

You already know that I want white and black in my appartment. What I'm wondering about is the third element...THE COLOUR. I was thinking about some warm tones of wood, yellow or maybe same beige and warm grey. Looking at these collection of photos I'm almost convinced. In the mine time we bought yesterday 36 wine glasses. So let's the party begin and we will think about the colours later :P

Sapete già che voglio il mio appartamento in bianco e nero. Quello che è ancora da decidere è  il terzo elemento ... IL COLORE! Stavo pensando di alcuni toni caldi del legno, il giallo o beige e grigio caldo. Guardando queste foto sono quasi convinta! Nel frattempo abbiamo comprato 36 bicchieri di vino... Allora cominciamo la festa e ci penseremo più tardi ai colori: P

Sunday wishes ...

Oh... I hope that this month will bring us this happy news that we finaly can move into our lovely new appartment! In the mean time I'm still looking for some fresh ideas and inspirations. I'm sure I want this appartment to be mainly white, with white resin on the floor, and some grey and black touches. It should be fresh and modern but with cosy twist...i surely don't want it to look like a hospital :P I take some ideas from magazines and interior-design blogs, cutting out every image and photo I like. I have a book full of this images and I wanted to share some of them with you. What do you think ?

Oh.. Spero che questo mese ci porterà questa fantastica notizia che finalmente possiamo muoverci nel nostro splendido appartamento nuovo! Nel frattempo sto ancora cercando alcune idee e ispirazioni nuove. Sono sicura che voglio questo appartamento sia prevalentemente bianco, con resina bianca come pavimento,  e qualche tocco di grigio e nero. Dovrebbe essere fresco e moderno, ma con un tocco intimo ... certamente non voglio vivere in un "ospedale" :P Prendo alcune idee da riviste e blog di interior-design e taglio ogni immagine e foto che mi piace. Ho un libro pieno di questi immagini e volevo condividere alcune di loro con voi. Cosa ne pensate?
