Two of my Favorite Sisters - Character Sketchbook

Well, i wasn't sure if I was going to finish this drawing in time, but i finished!
So my sista from another mista, Sophie Ward, posted a while back on her blog Paper Castle Press
an article she wrote for Australian Harpers Bazaar.
In the article, there is a picture of Sophie and Gemma at age 5 & 7,
And it pretty much is the cutest picture i have ever seen.
i've been meaning to draw it for years, and finally I couldn't resist drawing it.
i miss Sophie. It was so much fun painting the sisters :)

Been living on 4 hours of sleep and I think it's catching up with me. haha
But this was an interesting little painting I did today.
I thought it was was kinda fun and mysterious!

The Ward Sisters

Well, yesterday afternoon, i got one more request to post this picture from the Vision Article.
Hope you like it. This drawing is one of my personal favorites.
It reminds me of summers when i was a little lad.
